OIFC, the leading utility billing and debt factoring company, has been providing a host of utility-oriented services to customers all over Oman. With a network of 45 branches and a force of nearly 700 staff, OIFC is keeping pace with the needs of a growing homes and commercial infrastructure.

All this has entailed a continuing look at customer services, and OIFC has refurbished its staff training programs many times. The present effort is to infuse a new direction in customer orientation, and entails various levels of OIFC staff going through structured training in various aspects like IT and computer literacy and financial management. Nominees have also been identified for programmes in English proficiency and leadership.
