No device has undergone as much technological advancement in such a short time span as the mobile phone. From a mere device to make and receive phone calls while on the move, it has become one with advanced features like Internet browsing, drawing graphs and GPRS. The result is that a PDA is now indispensable for many a top executive. BlackBerry overcame last year's challenges and leaped to the number two spot from fifth, leaving Sony Ericsson, I-Mate, Samsung and Motorola trailing. BlackBerry got only 300 points in last year's survey but this year it scores 1076 to rally closely behind Nokia.
